Copyright, Trademarks, & Licensing: All content, including metadata, images, text, graphics, messages, audio, video, etc., found on our website and within our various services and communications are the sole property of Keep Arizona Blue PAC, its affiliates, or its licensors. Such content may not be reproduced or duplicated for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Keep Arizona Blue PAC.
Additionally, use of the name “Keep Arizona Blue PAC”, “Keep Arizona Blue”, and other versions therein and the respective logos and symbols are trade names of Keep Arizona Blue PAC, and may not be used, reproduced, duplicated, or otherwise published without the prior permission of Keep Arizona Blue PAC.
In line with these Terms & Conditions, you are granted a revocable, non-transferrable license to use the content, as defined above, of Keep Arizona Blue PAC for non-commercial purposes. Violations of the Terms & Conditions or engagement with the prohibited practices may result in the revocation of this license.
4. Third-Party Services: Keep Arizona Blue PAC is not responsible or liable for any actions you take or information you provide to third-party services when accessing external links from our website. (i) Sharing, posting, sending, or submitting explicit information, images, graphics, etc. on any of our sites or services, or by electronic communication to our staff, volunteers, service providers, etc.

Indemnification: By utilizing our website and services, you agree to indemnify and not hold Keep Arizona Blue PAC, its staff, volunteers, board members, service providers, affiliates, surrogates, or any other representative liable from any suits, claims, settlements, or other legal processes which may arise as a result of the use of our services or your violation of laws, including those related to our intellectual property.

THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN CASES WHERE KEEP ARIZONA BLUE PAC OR ITS LEGALLY RELATED AFFILIATES HAVE ENGAGED IN NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOR, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, DEFRAUDING, OR WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED.
8. Venue: Disputes, cases, claims, or judgments regarding our services, sites, or policies shall be originated in the State of Arizona, under the laws, regulations, rules, and provisions of the State of Arizona, and its respective and applicable political jurisdictions.
9. Contractual Obligations: These Terms & Conditions provide, in no way, a contract or agreement between Keep Arizona Blue PAC and you or any user or our services.
10. Severability: The provisions in these Terms & Conditions are severable. When one provision or part of a provision is struck down in a court of law or by an applicable enforcement officer, the other provisions of the Terms are still valid and legally-binding.
